Privacy Policy

Updated and effective: October 30, 2026.
Dice Toss 3D by MrSharpen — combined dice, One Toss coin, and Apple Watch app.

1. Scope and developer

This Privacy Policy applies to the combined Dice Toss 3D by MrSharpen app, made by MrSharpen, including dice mode, the integrated One Toss coin mode, and the companion Apple Watch app supplied with it. Developer contact: mrsharpen@163.com.

This policy describes the current data practices of the combined app. Its integrated coin mode is covered by this same policy, rather than treated as a separate app. Visits to the MrSharpen website and its browser games are covered by the separate website data notice.

2. What we collect

The app requires no registration or sign-in, contains no ads, and uses no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or user-tracking SDKs. We do not collect or upload personal information, game results, usage records, or motion sensor readings from the app to developer servers, and we do not sell that data. We do not operate a developer server that receives this app data.

Some information is processed and stored only on your devices to remember preferences, display records, provide features, or manage appearance trials. This is separate from collecting data by the developer, as explained below.

3. On-device data and its purposes

iPhone / iPad: local app preferences store dice count; dice, cup and tray appearance; background and language; sound and haptic settings; volume and feedback strength; shake controls and sensitivity; reveal and result-display options; hints and clean-mode settings. They also store the total number of dice rolls, up to 20 recent dice results, cumulative heads and tails counts, and appearance-trial counts.

The coin statistics module generates and stores a random local identifier to organize local statistics. It is not an advertising identifier or a hardware device identifier, is not used for tracking across apps, and is not sent to the developer. The combined app has no developer account or app-managed iCloud synchronization of game records, and does not automatically read data from a separately installed older One Toss app.

Trial counts for premium appearances are also stored in the device’s system Keychain to prevent trials from restarting after reinstalling. The entry uses a device-only accessibility setting; the app does not enable iCloud Keychain synchronization for it. It is not used to identify or track users. The Keychain entry may remain after uninstalling the app.

Apple Watch: the watch stores dice count, language, sound and haptic toggles, the follow-phone-settings toggle, cup and automatic-reveal preferences, and watch-local dice-roll and heads/tails counts. The watch and phone keep their game records and statistics separately.

4. Settings transfer between iPhone and Apple Watch

When paired and system communication is available, the iPhone app sends language, sound and haptic toggles, volume, and haptic strength to its paired Apple Watch using Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework. The watch applies received settings when following phone settings is enabled. You can turn this option off on the watch.

This feature does not route data through developer servers and does not transfer game history, coin statistics, motion readings, or payment information. The current watch app does not use HealthKit or read health, heart-rate, or workout data.

5. Device motion, permissions, and local feedback

When shake-to-roll is enabled and the dice experience is active, the app uses Core Motion to read and process device motion / acceleration locally, solely to detect shakes, trigger rolls, and adjust animation feedback. Reading stops when shaking is disabled, the active experience is left, or the app becomes inactive. Motion readings are not stored or uploaded to the developer.

The app does not need access to location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, and does not read an advertising identifier. Sound effects play bundled audio without recording audio, and haptics are provided by the device’s local system. Basic tap-to-roll remains available with phone shaking turned off.

6. Purchases, restoration, and Apple services

The optional Dice Toss Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium appearances, not a subscription. Product information, payment, and purchase restoration are provided through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. The app reads and verifies current purchase entitlements on the device through StoreKit to determine access; it does not upload transaction records to developer servers.

We do not receive your payment card number or Apple Account password. Apple processes store, purchase, download, and related service data under its own policies; purchases and restoration may require a connection to Apple services. Deleting the app does not cancel entitlements managed by your Apple Account. Apple’s system backups and diagnostic data processing also depend on your system settings and its applicable policies.

7. Retention, deletion, and choices

Game records and preferences remain in the app’s local storage on the corresponding device until replaced by later records, updated by the app, or removed by deleting app data on that device. Recent dice history keeps at most 20 results, with newer records replacing older ones. Deleting the app removes its local container data; phone and watch data must be managed separately. System backups may retain or restore relevant data according to your backup settings.

Appearance-trial counts in the system Keychain may remain after uninstalling, so uninstalling does not reset trials. These counts are managed on the device; the developer cannot remotely access or erase them. Apple-managed purchase records and system backups are not held by the developer. Purchases can be restored using the app’s restore option.

You can disable sound, haptics, and phone shaking, change appearance and display settings, and stop following phone settings on Apple Watch. There is no developer account to close. We cannot remotely look up, export, or delete local records that the developer does not hold.

8. Support email, external links, and disclosure

If you choose to email mrsharpen@163.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide, solely to handle and respond to your request. Your email provider and ours process this correspondence. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card information, or sensitive information unrelated to your request.

Support correspondence is retained for the time needed to handle your request and any period required by applicable law. You may email us to request access, correction, or deletion of support information we hold; we will handle requests to the extent permitted by applicable law. Apart from processing by email services, legal requirements, or your explicit request, we do not voluntarily disclose personal information in support emails to other third parties.

Opening the maker’s website, online privacy policy, support pages, or App Store visits external websites or Apple services. Their network access, hosting, security, and sign-in data processing is governed by those services’ policies and is separate from uploading app game data to the developer.

9. Children’s privacy

The same on-device practices apply to minors. The app does not collect children’s personal information through the app to developer servers. Purchases should be guided by a parent or guardian using Apple’s family or purchasing controls. 10. Updates and contact
